An Update from Management on Customer Complaints and Making things right
Dear Valued Customers,
At Aurelle & Bloom, we value you, our customers, above all else. We are truly grateful for the success of our recent launch. While this success has come with its challenges, we are learning from them and working hard to improve. Our priority is to address your concerns and enhance your overall experience.
Here’s what we’re doing to resolve the issues and improve customer satisfaction:
• Membership Bundles & VIP Promotions: In response to confusion and customer complaints regarding membership bundles and VIP promotions, all membership renewals have been temporarily paused.
• VIP Store Access: Active members currently have free access to the VIP store. No renewals will take effect until our customer service team has addressed the current inquiries.
• Increased Support Staff: We have doubled our support staff to help manage the backlog of inquiries and ensure that all complaints and issues are resolved promptly.
• Upcoming Email with Details: In the coming days, we will send out an email with further details, including membership information and the option to cancel if desired. This email will provide clarity, allow you to review your membership, and enable you to work with our customer service team to resolve any concerns.
This temporary pause will remain in effect through January as we work diligently to address these issues and make things right.
We are also actively investigating why some promotions may have been unclear and are working with our team and partners to ensure better communication moving forward.
